I’m Aubree Felderhoff, and I’m thrilled to welcome you to the Goal Moms Podcast! Before becoming a mom, I was a high-energy, ambitious personal trainer with big dreams of raising a rockstar family while also excelling in my own life. But one day, I realized I had spent over a decade feeling let down by motherhood. Despite giving my all to my three little boys, my hardworking husband, and a house that was constantly messy, I felt depleted at the end of every day. My time, energy, and joy seemed to disappear into an endless cycle of stress, overwhelm, and exhaustion. After being diagnosed with a debilitating chronic illness, I knew I needed a change if I wanted the happy, healthy motherhood I’d always dreamed of. I became determined to find a way to be a devoted mom while also nurturing myself as a strong, healthy woman with goals and dreams of my own. This journey led me through seven years of classes, training, and self-discovery, during which I developed the systems I needed to organize my home, reclaim my time, and take back my health. Today, I’m proud to say I have a method that helps me live as my “Goal Mom” self. My home runs efficiently with a system that takes care of the essentials, allowing me to be fully present with my boys, connect deeply with my husband, and make time for my own goals and dreams. Together, my husband and I are a team, working toward our family’s and individual dreams while supporting each other’s growth and happiness. I’ve overcome my illness, and I’m healthier and happier than ever before. I’m now a calm, confident mom who embraces every chaotic moment as part of this incredible journey. In this podcast, you’ll learn how to create an operating system for your home, reclaim your time, develop a foolproof exercise routine, meal plan in minutes, define your values and dreams as a mom, and take actionable steps toward achieving them. I’m Aubree, a mom of three, and I know firsthand how easy it is to get caught in the cycle of never-ending to-do lists and burnout. There was a time when I felt like time was slipping through my fingers, and I was barely present with my kids, let alone taking care of myself. I knew deep down that motherhood wasn’t meant to feel like a never-ending checklist, but I didn’t know where to start to make a change.
It wasn’t until my health took a serious hit, leaving me feeling completely powerless, that I realized I had to do something different. That moment became my wake-up call—a pivotal turning point in my life. I decided to stop just going through the motions and started creating systems that would simplify my life, nurture my needs, and give me the space to live with intention. It wasn’t easy, but slowly, I started to feel calm, empowered, and ready to be the mom I always wanted to be.
That transformation didn’t happen overnight, but over the course of five years, I created a life that works for me, my family, and my dreams. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.
